“Braum’s is always a reliable stop for good ice cream and decent food. The service is friendly and helpful, though it can be a bit slow at times. The store isn’t spotless, but it’s not dirty either, it’s understandable with how busy they usually are.
Overall, a solid spot to grab a treat or quick bite. I’ll definitely be coming back.“

“As a business owner I appreciate great service, the two guys working the front counter were amazing! ( Kadin,Zach )Great with suggestions, great at explaining the menu, and great as I walked in the door!! Their recommendation was amazing, I will definitely be back when I visit Salina again.

“Great ice cream and dairy store products, staff seemed pretty checked out on Saturday nights. We went 2x (once on the way to the lake and once on the way back). On 8/1 there was almost nothing in the fresh dairy cases at 8pm at night in the market. On 8/8 it was well stocked. No complaints about the seating area either time, but the ice cream line was LONG both times and signage didn't line up with how people waited in line into the dining area.
Braum's, you can do better! This location is function, and busy, but clearly needs some staff moral. Best of luck hiring more employees.“
