“I do recommend based on previous experiences! Today however, my açaí bowl is extremely watery versus the thick and creamy consistency it usually is. I typically add protein powder to my bowl and today it was just dumped on top instead of mixed into the açaí which I thought was odd… I definitely don’t want to eat straight powder. I called to ask if it being on top like that is normal and the person who answered the phone said yes. I’m wondering now if I’ve been uncharged for protein and not gotten it, or if it was mixed into the açaí like it is most other places. Hopefully this is just an off day and my next order will be better. 🙂“

“Just went through here a few minutes ago, and experienced the best customer service ever! I should’ve asked for the baristas name, I forgot, but he did an excellent job! I ordered a simple but delicious vanilla breve latte and I’m very pleased, as a barista myself 💚“

“So even though my drinks were great, while I was waiting for them, the girl who was in the window was talking about some personal things that probably shouldn’t be talked about out loud in front of customers about her ex and his business. I feel like it’s very unprofessional to be talking about not going to Bravo’s because they were wronged by the owner or whoever works there. Then to tell me not to go to Bravo’s when she was “caught” with the window open and joking about that being unprofessional.“
