“Giving this rating due to our hardworking server, doubling as bartender. When we arrived she told us to please seat ourselves, as she was by herself. We were seated, drink orders taken, and relaxed a few minutes while she helped others. We both ordered a steak salad with blue. Very good service, great salad and a Blue Moon. Nice date night out. Management needs to get better staffing, as this is a longterm issue there. Again, kudos to the one that did show up!“

“Pancho's is drive-thru only open 24 hours a day. They have a variety of burritos and other Mexican food items that would lend themselves to a drive-thru. I assume they quit their inside dining during the pandemic, and found this work just as well. I have never been there when there wasn't at least one or two other cars in the drive-thru Lane. I have seen as many as 15. I particularly like the Pancho burrito packed with meat, grilled onions, grilled peppers guacamole. Plus, if you like it, horchata is available.“

“Four of us stopped at this restaurant today toward the end of a roadtrip. We experienced very courteous and attentive staff, good and plentiful food, and reasonable prices. The place appeared clean but, due to the architecture, the room with the Hibachi grills was somewhat noisy and there was a bit of an echo. Overall a pleasant experience and we would go back when in Salina.“

“Stopped for breakfast and had a spinach and mushroom omelet with wheat toast and coffee. The service and food were great. Only a couple of minor things like there being spilled jam on the sugar packets and some residue on the butter knife. I let the server know so they could fix it. Omelet was so big I could only eat half of it.“

“Great customer service! I happened to have part of my online order wrong, and they immediately corrected it. They offered desserts while I waited and a complimentary side. I’m very happy with how it was meditated, and great food regardless“
