Best fresh bbq in town plus all the fixings
After a long day rolling through Kansas, we stopped at Hickory Hut Barbecue in Salina, and wow — what a cozy little gem! 🤍🔥 Dinner outside the semi truck felt like the perfect date night on the road. The barbecue was incredible, but the Santa Fe potato totally stole the show — smoky, cheesy, and so, so good.
