First off, I want to specify that I ordered a steak at a pasta house. My expectation was set pretty low. I ordered medium rare and got medium, but didnt complain. Cooking a 6 oz steak to medium rare for a restaurant that only has 2 steak options was a miscalculation on my part. The pasta was obviously good and the salad and breadsticks are always amazing.
