Food is always fresh. I had their Fajitas a couple days ago. It's a slice of beef about 1/4 inch thick topped with sautéed onions. There were no tomatoes, no sour cream, or bell peppers so, I'm going to say I'll keep making them at home (photo is of homemade fajitas). I'm picky. I love veggies in my fajitas! So one day I was up in Salina and itching for Mexican food. I happened upon Jalisco's and order one of those Pick2 dinner combos. Beef Enchilada and Tamale with Rice and Beans and cheese sauce with the Red, it was. 'Twas good so I decided to take the leftovers home. And now we're on three days later and I've got some Munchies. So I pull out those leftovers and you know what? They even better on Day 3. Sure enough; It's true. You should try it!
