They are always so polite and quick to help. Despite dining room being closed they take it all in stride and deal with the rude entitled people with grace and dignity. They deserve to be paid more than what they get. People make mistakes and we tend to forget that they are human beings. I just wanted to get on here and remind people that any bad experiences you've had here arent even bad. Try to spread some kindness next time and forgive these beautiful humans. Nobody is perfect.

Pizza Hut in Augusta, KS is known for its top-notch staff and excellent customer service. The employees are extremely courteous, engaging, and professional. They are polite, quick to help, and customer-oriented. Despite the dining room being closed, they efficiently handle walk-in orders and drive-through pickups. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The new Chicago tavern pizza is really good and the Supreme Pizza is also available. While some may find the prices a bit high, the overall experience at this Pizza Hut location is positive and deserving of recognition.
