I ordered taco bell from this establishment through grubhub. The time of my delivery kept changing and so I called. A very nice gentleman answered and he was very open and honest about how grubhub doesn't really do anything and he suggested to call grubhub and cancel my order, request a refund and go through ubereats. Brooke and Casey were awesome. They get five stars.However this review on the negative end isn't for them. They were professional. This is for corporate end of things.... OPEN YOUR LOBBY THE SAME HOURS OF THE DRIVE THRU. ITS ABSOLUTELY DUMBER THAN DUMB. GET IT TOGETHER.

Something is amiss... Taco Bell Augusta has always been a taco bell. I think they hired someone recently who cares. I always order my burrito grilled and until today it never came that way. I don't know why I bother but I do. If it happens twice I will have a tiny heart attack. And yesterday I got a taco that had not sit. It was crunchy after the drive home.
