I used points to order a frappe. they don't have the frappe up. according to them there's nothing they can do. no refunding points or giving me something of equal value. not to mention my meal order was wrong. do yourself a favor and DON'T go here. make the drive to Joplin or Columbus. oh and employees calling my kids names doesn't make you better than anyone

The atmosphere here is always so cheerful, and the employees are incredibly welcoming! What started as an occasional visit has turned into me becoming a regular, just like many of the other locals. Everyone is treated like family, and you can genuinely feel the kindness and positivity the moment you walk through the door. It’s refreshing to visit a place where the employees make you feel welcome and appreciated. Keep up the amazing work!...read full review

McDonald's, a well-known fast-food chain, offers a diverse menu with breakfast items, hot and cold drinks, and delectable pies. The restaurant is known for its convenient online ordering system and friendly staff. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the ambiance, with the older buildings being preferred over the newer, colder-feeling grey structures. Additionally, there have been reports of order mix-ups and unsatisfactory customer service experiences.
