“I wanted to try something different. I had never been in so I dropped by. This little cafe doesn't disappoint. The staff aims to please. They are extremely attentive without hovering. The cafe is friendly both staff and other customers engage/greet you as you enter and are seated. I ordered a side salad, fried mushrooms, and garlic parmesan wings. The salad was typical. But the wings and mushrooms were excellent!!! They came fresh and piping hot!!! An unexpected surprise was the horseradish dipping sauce. It was AMAZING!!! Just the right amount of zip/ tang.Overall, the experience was enjoyable and I will be returning.“
“When going through the drive-thru in the summer and ordering a chocolate dipped ice cream cone, I EXPECT, since my home thermometer stated it was 107.1 degrees outside, the customer service employees would wait until the VERY LAST SECOND to make and dip my ice cream cone so that it ISN'T melting profusely, thru the chocolate shell, all down the side of the cone IMMEDIATELY upon receipt. I DON'T think I'm wrong here.Also, engineer's brain here, but when DIPPING an ice cream cone, if you DIP the ice cream just past the ice cream and SLIGHTLY ONTO THE ACTUAL CONE, you create a SEAL so that the ice cream, when it starts to melt, does not start dripping everywhere, while the customer is trying to eat it.Ugh! Come on people! Just common sense here!“
“I visited here on a Saturday recently for lunch and I have zero complaints! It was pretty slow when I arrived at the drive through. The lady taking my order was very nice and did a great job with my order. She was super friendly when I pulled up to the window as well. I ordered a new burger meal that came with crinkle cut fries and a strawberry shake. Everything was seriously so good. The burger was exactly as I ordered it albeit a little messy with the sauce. However, it was cooked perfectly, still warm, and tasted so freaking good. I mean this really did not taste like a fast food burger. The fries were crispy, hot, and seasoned well. The strawberry shake is definitely just a mix but tasted delicious. I definitely enjoyed my trip to Arby's and would definitely come back again.“
“It's a McDonald's just what you would expect. They were quick and the food was made properly. I had the mambo sauce which is basically a very tangy and slightly spicy ketchup. Also the spicy jam I liked this one better very thick and pretty good on fries.“
“Amazing place! The wings were an absolute hit! Definitely a fun spin on tradition wings. We had the honey chipotle flavor and it was so good! We couldn’t get enough! Our burgers were awesome! They’re big, juicy, flavorful! Everything you want in a burger! Service was great! Cece was so pleasant and kind! Absolute sweet heart. Definitely should add this place to your list!“

“Ordered at the kiosk as I've done in the past and just waited in front of the kiosk on the wall for the text to say my order was ready. Some time passes and the staff are asking others if they were here to pickup but no one asked me anything. I continue to wait but I see a bag sitting but didn't bother to ask if it was my order because I have not moved since I've ordered and no One has addressed me like they did the other guest and I haven't received a text message.Message comes 15min after order was placed which is fine but when I go to get my food and the guy ask what my name is and grabs the bag that appears to be the same bag that's been sitting for awhile (keep in mind burger and fries 10min sitting is equivalent to 30min due to how quickly it gets cold). I ask has that bag been sitting awhile he says no it just came up, I reluctantly believe him because I was looking at my phone for a min so just maybe It could have been a different bag. Get to the car and everything is warm but closer to room temp. I'm instantly annoyed because either you served me old food or you lied and the bag has been sitting in my face the entire time while you looked in my face and didn't bother to say what's the name on the order just to check and make sure my order wasn't ready and you forgot to send my text message. Things happen but service is crucial if you want repeat customers. $15 in the trash because cold food sucks, let's do better.I am editing my review due to the response from ownership. I'm not sure how I ended up with lukewarm food since when I ordered I never left the ordering space, I could see every fresh burger prepared right in front of me however my order didn't reflect what was in my bag and I didn't have the time to get it remade due to picking up my son. However I will admit I was extra excited to get my burger due to it being the only thing I can eat in Lenexa due to limited vegan choices. I didn't think anyone would care about my small disappointment and the fact that a response was made from management made my day. So I revise my review because it's not the end of the world and I have always had great food when I do come to Cosmo. Thank you for response it was really appreciated. I will be back☺️“
“We went on a Saturday mid day. You order food at a window outside(it's sheltered from the weather) then go in the building and they bring you the food shortly thereafter. The BBQ is legit and the kids inhaled their burgers. There is also a small arcade inside and looks like a stage and coffee venue. It's a very interesting space and I hope to see it become more popular in the future. It would make for a great venue to see a live show.“
