I asked for light ice and they threw in the entire iceberg that sunk the titanic. Very happy with the 4 sips I got out of my $7 coffee. I’ll probably be back but only out of sheer curiosity to see what “regular ice” looks like. Solid block of ice with the coffee I paid for misted over it from a spray bottle perhaps?

Very busy and the drive-thru took a long time but the people working inside and not the window were kind and friendly and did not let the crowd frazzle them or cause them to be rude in any way! Awesome service!

I've never had an issue at this Starbucks. This is the only Starbucks I trust to make my Pink Drink correctly. Whenever I've had an issue, I bring it up to them (like ice in my drink) and have never had a problem. Maybe it's the way people go about addressing problems with the employees. The customer is NOT always right, especially if they have an attitude with the people who are working to make a living and get through their day, just like most of us.
