I loved my chicken wings but the tenders and my husband's chicken sandwich were blah. The young lady taking orders had no customer service skills and was borderline rude to everyone. the Coke dispenser was out of plain Coke and the floor around the machine was horribly sticky.
It was my first time at Zaxby's. The food was so good, it was clean and the customer service/cashier did an awesome job! We don't have Zaxby's where we live so can't wait to go back.
I used to love this place they had the best Cobb salad . I will not order this again they have changed it only one piece of chicken in it the salad used to be a mix now only ice berg lettuce real small salad not hardly anything on it half the time no bacon Very Disappointed in it this place has gone down hill. This was my go to place at least once a week . It’s not the same anymore.
