The staff were nice and kind. My family and I dined in 30 mins before closing and no attitude was given ?. The food was hot, fresh, and seasoned well. I gave a 4 because the chicken strips seem a lot smaller than what I can remember them being but we enjoyed our food. They have a new menu item as well which is their fried shrimp my husband ordered, I tasted one and it was fresh and pretty juicy and seasoned.

I have tasted their fries their chicken they actually have a peach sweet tea that is delicious made from real peaches and I bought it for one of the residents peach tea can I take care of my residents as if they were my family members because that's how you're supposed to treat people as if they're family when you care for them and I thank God that he gave me the ability to have compassion for others

I don't know what those other reviewers are on about. We come here whenever we're in town from out of state because Maryland doesn't have any of these bad boys, and this time around was amazing. Both times I came in, Jeremiah was an incredible cashier for us, even helping my kid decide what level of spice he wanted for his wings. It was very clean and tasty.

Service was good. Just portion wasn't like chicken places back at home. For example, a three peice tender meal from Golden Chick will fill you up Zaxabys, three peice left me hungry and disappointed.

Food was decent, but the worker who took our order seemed like she hated life and her job. We were friendly and light hearted with her but she seemed annoyed by our mere existence. I’ll go back, but I hope that employee was just having a bad day and will be in a better mood next time.

My wife and I have never been to a Zaxby's. The staff was really super and explained the sandwiches and sides. We had a great time interacting with the manager and his staff. He even gifted us chocolate chip cookies. Thanks. We don't get to Kansas City often but we will stop back for lunch.Oh, yeah. The food was fabulous.Kid-friendliness: High chairs are available. Kids menu with smaller portions.
