Absolute gem of a coffee shop & cafe in Kansas!! I love finding small town places like this where the service is incredible, everything is made with care and precision, and the food/coffee is amazing!! The owner is a rockstar!!! You can see them making the food and drinks right in front of you. The breakfast biscuit sandwiches are out of this world. Amanda is among the more professional and kind people in Mitchell County and surrounding areas. This is a great place to chill and study, plus she has very good coffee!

Cawker City Coffee is an absolute gem of a coffee shop and cafe in Kansas. It is a small town place with incredible service where everything is made with care and precision. The owner is a rockstar, and you can see them making the food and drinks right in front of you. The breakfast biscuit sandwiches are out of this world. The peanut butter banana protein bars are also to die for and made with whole food, real ingredients. The wait is always worth it. It is a great place to chill and study, with very good coffee. Visitors have enjoyed the hometown, local flavor, calling the cinnamon rolls the best rolls they have ever had. The smoked turkey and cheese sandwich with bacon added is really good, with soft bread, great smoky flavoring, and real bacon. A bar with banana, oats, chocholate chips, and a touch of cinnamon was moist with a great touch of cinnamon. The caramel roll is also a hit. The location on the highway is convenient, with fast and friendly service. The breakfast or lunch menu is served all day, and the breakfast burrito is highly recommended. The smoothie and desserts are excellent too.
