Waited over 10 minutes for someone to take our order. Had to push the button a 2nd time. They finally answered and said, “We’ll be right with you.” We waited 5 more minutes & they never took our order. The drive-thru line was moving just fine. 🤦🏼♀️

I want to begin by saying that we are big Sonic fans and that we really appreciate having our local Sonic in Chanute. We are usually very satisfied with the quality of service and our orders in Chanute. Also that I had really hoped to message the following information to the owner or manager of the Chanute store privately, but couldn't find a contact to do such.
