“The best Mexican food we have EVER had! Seriously. Hubby & I discovered El Dos De Oros while staying overnight in Colby on our way to Denver. Back home in Oklahoma there are jillions of restaurants serving authentic Mexican food, so we thought we knew what to expect… However, this place set the bar higher. THAT delicious! Fresh taste of quality ingredients, perfect temps & served promptly. Friendly & responsive workers, too. We highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. 10/10“

“We ate here for lunch on our way through Kansas. Unbeknownst to me, I left my bag behind. Awhile later I received a phone call as they had tracked down my contact info and let me know I was missing my purse. So grateful for this location's honesty and care - thank you, Damian and Colby Qdoba employees!!“
