“While it can be a bit busy during lunch, I typically am acknowledged by several employees. The shortest line that I have been in at noon on Saturday had 6 people ahead of me. Even though you would think that it would be quite a while for you to get your order,the staff works together as a team. They call for additional employees to run the register to make sure the wait time is minimal(6 sandwiches ahead of me and it only took about 10 minutes to start placing my order). I have made sure to get in before 6pm on most nights,or go in between 8-11pm to avoid frustration. On Friday and Saturday nights it helps to know if there are any sporting events going on, because it can be a very long wait (anywhere from 20-40 minutes) because they only staff two employees after 5-6pm. If you are traveling, I still suggest stopping in for a fresh,made to order sandwich. Also, for fall/winter they are expanding their menu to include soups!“
