On occasion, my co-workers and I like to have a lunch off campus. We have been able to call in our lunch to be ready at a specified time since we are only allowed a 30-minute lunch break. Our meals have been ready as requested, the staff has always been gracious and accommodating, and the food is fantastic!

I must have gone on a day that everyone was upset about working. 15m for first contact. Almost got up and left. Sporadic help at best. Almost had the impression that if you weren't white the service dragged. Based on the 2 other tables I watched.
