“A great small city "neighborhood" bar. The Owners care about the presentation of the bar so it's always clean and in good shape. The bartenders are attentive and friendly. They know everybody's name and if it's somebody new, they ask. Lots of room to social distance and an outdoor space. Several tv's for sports and two pool tables. It's an easy going place to visit.“

And only a 20 minute wait during lunch rush hour on a weekday. Also a loud establishment, so if you're looking for somewhere quiet for a date night then this is not the place. Although they have outdoor seating which may prove to be better for that reason.“

“I absolutely love this place!! This is the first dive bar I went to when searching for one here in Wichita and I’m so glad I decided to go. I have already become a regular haha. The whole staff is absolutely amazing. I want to give a specific shoutout to Ronnie and Ryan. All the nights I’ve been there, they have taken care of and looked after me like no other. Genuinely the most attentive and caring bartenders ever. The Stop is always popping which I love and is the perfect spot to make some new friends!“

“Mordecai is a good place to listen to live bands no problem with that.. but when the person answering the phone doesn't know when bands are playing that's the problem they're not very well informed evidently and they're not very courteous over the phone I would rate them like a 2 for PR and 5 for music...“

“Sang karaoke , bad thing is a group of tables sit right in front on the floor by the DJ taking up space & when you try & stand there the ppl at the tables are loud & you can't hear yourself singing bc of their drunk loudness & no room for anyone to dance if they cared to . 2 stars for arrangement of the tables . Plenty of customers.

I was nervous about the 4th, as our current political situation is not favorable, and I didn't want to be around a ton of republicans. turns out, we had a great evening, and became well acquainted with some new friends. also some girl ordered an espresso martini. it looked pretty good but stay in your lane. this is a dive bar. get over yourself and order a mystery beer like everyone else.“
