i absolutely love the vegan bierocks, and the owners are just some of the sweetest people ever! i am always buying these anytime i see them stocked at hudson antiques, they are just the best! i have always loved bierocks, and these are made with such care and thoughtfulness. thank you so much for having a vegan option!! i was also able to get some of the gluten free ones for my mom! she was so excited to have that option too! thank you again! ❤️❤️🫶 so so delicious!
On a whim, we purchased Bierocks Babe Baklava at a Wichita antique store. The baklava was exquisite...the dough was tender and flaky and there were so many delicious nuts. We wish we could buy this locally in St. Louis!
Absolutely loved the vegan bierocks, so delicious!! And it was wonderful being able to chat with them today so glad they were at The Old Town Farm & Market even though it was so cold and rainy. 💚💚

Bierocks Babe serves up delicious bierocks with soft bread and flavorful fillings, allowing customers to add their own condiments for a personalized taste. Found at the farmer's market, their bierocks are fantastic and easily the best, including a delicious vegan option. A weekly trip for many, it is not to be missed. They also offer a delicious Ham & Cheese Quiche and Dubai Brownie. Friendly owners and staff make for a wonderful dining experience.
