“I believe that Chick-fil-A is the gold standard for quick service restaurants. Their food product is exceptional and their staff is typically well trained and courteous. However, the location and Derby Kansas recently reconfigured their drive-thru to have a dedicated mobile order lane. I am sure that this was an intentionally implemented inconvenience to try to encourage more mobile orders, but until that happens, it has turned their normally lightning fast drive-thru service into something much less amazing.“

“Fast food is usually hit or miss most of the time. I’ve got to be honest here, this is the third time in three months I’ve ordered at the drive through and it’s been awesome. This is the best quality KFC that I’ve eaten since 1985!“

“I’m a Korean living in Kansas, and this chicken was just as delicious as the ones I used to have back home in Korea.
I’ve tried bb.q chicken in Dallas, Overland Park, Las Vegas, Chicago, Denver and Atlanta — this one is the best.
Even after taking it to go and eating it three hours later at home, it was still amazing.

“This particular visit was during the latter part of dinner hours; I expected a long wait in the drive-thru, but, there was nary a car! I ususually get a mixxed bucket of chicken & sides, however, this visit, I only ordered three of their famed pot pies. They were ready in only a few minutes (and very delicious). My entire time spent ordering, paying & waiting was less than 5 minutes.“
