We got there a lil after dinner time (about 7pm) the place was filthy and they had no rice so we had to wait til they made more. By the time they made more rice there were about 8 more people behind us waiting on rice then we asked for extra protein and they gave us about 3 pieces of extra meat the bowls were only about half full. Unfortunately the place was ran by kids I doubt there was 1 person over 18 I there besides customers

So the hours read open till 11 PM, Appearently Derby Chipotle rolls up store at 8:45. No fajita veggies. Cheese container empty, really all containers empty. Grill cold, so nothing started, no crunchy taco shells, no quesadillas, no chicken in burrito, I basically received a rice burrito. THANKS!...for nothing! Beware go to Rock and Kellogg or Hillside and Central

Waited 15 min to get food with one person in line ahead of us and a couple placing the order. One person working the front two people working to go’s however there was no to go’s so they was foisting off dancing in the back where we could clearly see them. Portions was minimal mainly due to them being out of the items I wanted. Every table was dirty while the cash register just stood and the register watch the one dude serving the food struggle. Manager was no where to be seen just pissed off customers. Starting to think the chipotle at 21st and maize is the last decent restaurant left in the Wichita area.
Vegetarian options: Was out of vegetables, pico, cheese, and scraping the bottom of the guacamole

I feel bad I forgot this guy's name he was AMAZING so nice and I felt bad bc I came in right before they close but the food so good the service was better I came in at like 10:40 on a Sunday the who helped me PHENOMENAL deserves a raise so so nice.

This is the second time I have been to this location where they haven’t had enough steak prepared to last throughout the day. As someone who used to work at Chipotle laziness doesn’t work in the field. So not preparing enough steak is flat out lazy. Not to mention staff is rude to you when you ask why they don’t have enough of what you want prepared. If I could give zero stars I would for this location. I’ll just continue to give my other favorite locations the money.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst Chipotle I have been to and we travel a lot throughout the country with work. The employees were flat out rude and customer service is nonexistent at this location!! Portions are extremely small, but the price is the same like everywhere else even if you only get 1/2 or a 1/4 of the portions. Similar to what all the other people have said in their reviews. My husband wanted to get a steak bowl and the girl who made his bowl put 3 small pieces of steak and said they did not have any more steak, but did not offer anything else; she just slided the bowl to the other girl to put the toppings on it. I asked why she believed that it was okay to give him 3 small pieces of steak and charge him the full price for a steak bowl and she completely ignored me. So, I told her again that was not okay/fair and she ignored me once again. What customer service is this? No apologies for not having steak or offering an alternative? I am not spending money at Chipotle to be treated/ignored like this!! The guy in front of me heard and saw what she did and said to me that this location is the worst and that they have to buy double portions in order to get 1 actual portion of meat. This is ridiculous!! I am not paying for a steak bowl with a bite of steak in it and refuse to buy a double portion so I can get one regular portion of meat. Will not return and hope someone in their corporate office will finally pay attention to what all the customers say! Shame on Chipotle for allowing their employees to treat their customers like this and no one taking any responsibility or do something about it for so long. This has been a big issue for quite some time at this location.

A little expensive for what you get. Meat has good flavor. Everything else is a little bland. You do get a good amount of food but I still think the price is too high.

Worst costumer service I’ve ever seen. Had an online order placed to be ready at 2:00. When I walked in nothing was ready. 1 dude was on the phone while cooking??? One girl was touching the computer screen all over with her gloves then went back to prepare food?? There was no steak or rice and literally no one was in there. The manger lady just sat on the register and was staring at more people coming in and yelling at her staff. Didn’t get my food until 2:20.

It has a lack of communication and most have bad attitudes. Shout out to the young man that was working hard, he was working to take care of the line while his team mates were doing nothing in the back.

12/1 8pm - I had to wait over 10 minutes for queso to be ready and was told they were completely out of shredded cheese, but while waiting I saw them shredding another block of cheese. I spoke to several other customers who had all been waiting on queso even longer than me and who said their pickup order was marked as ready but they waited another 10 minutes inside before receiving it.
