I usually love Chipotle, but this location was disgusting. Tables weren't clean, food on the floor, food all over the prep area, topping droppings mixed in with each other (corn and lettuce in the sour cream, cheese with the lettuce, etc). I ordered my usual bowl (carnitas, white rice, pinto beans, corn salsa, light sour cream, cheese, and lettuce) and while it tasted normal, I was instantly sick on my way home. I ordered my son a carnitas quesadilla and it affected him too. When we received his quesadilla, the foil wrapping had food from a previous order all over it and it was super greasy.There was only one person working the prep line, doing both meat and toppings without switching gloves (which should've been my red flag right there, but i was too hungry). There should be one person handling meat and one person handling toppings.Will most likely not be returning to this location unless these issues are fixed. They should be held to a higher standard especially for being in a very busy part of Derby.

It would be no stars . This location has continued its downward spiral of food service. Filthy prep surface, employees come with nothing but attitude if you ask for anything. Didnt change gloves coming from back room dug rice out of my tacos with hand when they piled it in. Always happy to give you plenty of rice not meat. 11 dollars for two taco shells full of rice served from a dirty counter and dirty gloves. I walked over and threw it in the trash. This place is a joke. Never again and I use to love this place.

Terrible. No pico no lettuce.... Course they neglected to tell us that till after we had ordered...2 hours left till closing and they couldn't or wouldn't make any. 2 employees stood at the line arguing. All that for the seriously high price of $36 with no drinks even won't eat there again.

I love Chipotle, and never like to complain, but this complaint is for corporate. Please have 2 people on the line. Over the last year, 9/10 times it seems like one person makes the burritos start to finish….creating a long line. With price increases, staff.Also the lobby is constantly dirty.Once again, this is a complaint for corporate, not the hardworking employees who are overworked due to poor staffing.

Was second in line. There was one guy waiting people, one girl at the till and three people in the back. None of the people in the back are cooking. I get up to the front and order two bowls. We usually just get a veggie bowl, but have never frequented this location though we live in Derby. We get to the meat part of building the bowl to which we just get veggies. The kid says, we dont have any of that and itll be a while before we will have any. I look behind him to three people just standing around. So, i just walked out. Probably wont be back. Generally, problems i ran into are a glaring sign of management issues. Like, management is the issue.

This place is ridiculous! I place an order online & I wait to pick up my food. I walk in & I wait. And there aren't very many people in line. Tonight I walked in. Waited. They were out of steak, out of carne asada, out of grilled veggies, out of pico, out of chips, only a little guacamole that they could only use for online orders. I'm disappointed every time go there. I don't know why I keep going back. All the Chipotle's I've been to in other states are fantastic. Why are the ones in Wichita and Derby terrible? It's obviously management. I've only seen management sitting in their ass while workers are running around getting nothing done. I'm definitely not going back.
