We love Crumbl but today I ordered from the app today for the first time. Once we arrived at the store we were told they were out of 3 of the cookies I ordered and we would need to wait 12 to 15 min. One of the staff did offer a free cookie for next time for the wait which I appreciate but you all really should fix your app to not sell things you can’t fulfill in the timeframe you say the cookies can be picked up.
The Derby store is always neat and clean! Employees are so friendly, kind, and nice. The cookies are so moist, and flavorful!! Best sweet treat in town!!!
Parking: I am always able to find a spot close to the store on the first row!
