We placed an order thru Uber eats. We ordered buy one get one free subs, we also ordered a soft drink and bottle of water and 2 bags of chips. We received 1 sub, 1 bag of chips and 1 bottle of water. When we called Firehouse their response was we needed to contact Uber eats. I advised she needed to give us the rest of the order and she said she couldn't do anything then repeated contact Uber eats. I told her it was stealing by talking our money and not filling the order.
I really love the fact I can have glutenfree subs again. They are pretty good.

Ordered 1 FL hook and ladder meal. Ordered another FL hook and ladder meal and requested the gluten free bread. Was charged for the FL meal as well as the $2.50 charged for the gluten free bread. No big deal, except the gluten free bread is not FL. Went back to counter to get the difference as a refund.. $3.50. The person at the counter wanted to know if I wanted a new sandwich or refund I said refund. After about 5minutes and other customers waiting, I asked if it would be easier to make a new sandwich. The nod and look of relief on her face was very noticeable. They made me a new sandwich. I have to say the FL white bread with the carbs taste alot better then the gluten free with smaller bun and half the carbs of the FL.

Went in today and ordered a large Italian for my husband and I to split with light condiments. We waited for our food and everyone in the dining area had there food. I look up where they put the orders and I see 2 sandwiches sitting there,I assumed they were ours and they were. No one called out a name so I'm not sure how long they were sitting there. My husband went and grabbed them and no one said anything. The bread didn't seem toasted and the sandwich was not made with light condiments at all. The bread was soggy. Was one of the worse sandwiches we've had here. Very disappointed.

Quick service. Came to the counter before I was ready and waited patiently as my family looked at the board to find out what e eryone wanted to order. PoS system automatically asks for tips and for a donation to charity. Place was fairly quiet and slow as a result of going on around 3 PM.

Outstanding customer service in the drive thru. Thank you, Brad, for allowing me to add 3 bottles of cold water to my order. The repair crew working by the exterior wall were highly appreciative of the?small reprieve from the heat and humidity. You ROCK, Brad!

My sister, 2 nieces and I were at this restaurant on 11-5-24. I am a retired case manager and the discrimination by Drew posed on my sister that has a disability was unbelievable. We asked for a table outdoors due to her immune deficiency. Drew (? Manager) stated "no" the chairs were not to be moved because of wind. No wind at this time and they were in a fenced area as shown in picture. His demeanor was condescending which really upset my sister. We sat on curb in parking lot to eat. There are clear guidelines to ADA and these were dismissed by Drew reporting he has a disabled son. He should have a clear understanding of ADA and public access required under this Act instead of using his son to dismiss my sister. Cooperate please contact me on this issue!!

The food is good when the order is actually correct. We always do a mobile order and the food is ready when we get there but what I don’t understand is why 80% of the time the order is never correct? It’s a mobile order and it’s typed out in front of you. We want to eat here, we like the food just the 1 issue of not getting what we ordered.

Food is good. A little pricey. The general manager took our order. Right when we walked in he yelled online order or you ordering here? No hello? We were the only table at the place with 3 workers and they still couldn’t walk the food over. The guy yelled my name I’m only 5 ft from him. Then he proceeded to stand there and do nothing. At no point was there a thank you. Nothing friendly. Nothing to make me feel welcome or want to come back. I’ve been in customer service for going on 20 years. A kind word goes a long way. ?♀️
