Talk about hidden gems. You may not notice it every time you drive down Madison towards K-15 but you would not believe this little locally owned home town brewery is tucked neatly away right in the center of the beating heart of Derby. With Madison avenue park across the street and Las Vaquitas and Nature's Gifts within walking distance I can't imagine a better place to be in Derby KS on a summer evening.

First off the place was welcoming and bartender was knowledgeable and friendly. The flight was a must to figure what you like the best: They are starting pairing beer and food on Tuesdays -A few times a month-sounds interesting and fun. (Check website for details). Good idea to have a bigger glass or stein that is sorta a mug club or stein wall-Small town-big bragging rights?! Four-star is based upon absolutely no snacks able to order or next door food . Could have something from nifty nut house for light snack. We will be back.

I really like the beer. I’m a fan of the west coast IPA, and I normally dislike IPAs in general. Great atmosphere and the folks working there are fantastic. It’s a great addition to Derby! My favorite thing is the ability to buy canned beer when I want to treat myself at home.
