So unhappy with them. Tonight I ordered pizza to go to take to an event. I got there and they said it would be out of the oven in a minute.
Waited amd right front of me they gave my pizza to someone else my pizza. I sad hey those are mi e. This is my name and the worker just stood there s said what do I do?
Spoke with the manager and he said this happened in the s.
I had them refund me and he said he would remake them l.
No resolution and no sorry it happened let’s take care of you next time.

Grr. Left and ordered someone else.

I wished this place put people at the register that doesn't want to lose money. I've came in several times at 710 for a buffet and they say what's ever out is all we are making. That rude attitude is not getting my money again. I travel aways just to eat here several times a week and it's always great food with shitty service. Pretty sad really.

I really enjoy this Gambino's location, especially during weekday lunches. The buffet has a variety of pizzas, as well as a calzone, salad bar, dessert pizzas, and pastas. Staff has always been friendly when I've been there. They accept special requests for the buffet line as well so I can go in and request a pizza which I enjoy.

I come here once a month or two and it's a great deal for the price you get. Unlimited salad, pizza, spaghetti, desserts and the food is always fresh. They're constantly remaking more restaurant is clean. Great for lunch or dinner, Single or family meals...🙂

Love the buffet. The biggest issue is when they are busy they struggle to keep up with keeping the buffet filled. They tend to react to the pizza being gone instead of proactively making more before the line runs out.

For a quick, self-service pizza buffet, we love Gambinos.

We normally have a great experience, not this time. Went to the Derby location for the buffet this evening. It was 6:50 pm. The sign says the buffet goes until 7:30. Usually plenty of time. We had our pizza, no salad because the iceberg lettuce was brown and gross. Not a huge deal but it should have never been used. Then we asked about chocolate chip dessert pizza at right around the 7:20 mark. The cook acknowledged but a girl in the kitchen reacted as if we were out of line for asking such a question. We then sat and waited thinking they would surely make it since there was only a couple of sad looking cinnamon and apple pieces, well past their edible time frame. At 7:40 my wife asked again and the cook said "no, sorry we are about to close." Mind you, there were 4 of us which was over $65 and we also added a tip. Regardless of the time, if you sell a buffet, it should be the same quality and availability that is made for everyone. Don't know if a manager was on-site, unless it was one of the teenagers we saw. The girl in the back had longer dark hair and was not one of the nice girls who are usually running the register or cleaning the dining areas. This is completely unacceptable and a shame to have this type of service under the Gambino's name.

Everytime we come they barely have pizza out and dessert pizzas. This time they had no noodles and when asked about it they just ignore you. Seems like weekends are ran by kids and they don't care. My two nieces couldn't eat because they didn't even have pepperoni pizza or cheese sticks and the noodles when asked they still didn't make them. You pay for something you would like to enjoy it!
