We ordered rib baskets tonight and the ribs were salty, burnt to the point the bones were mushy and splintered.
The fries were so salty you could smell the salt as you opened up the
to-go box. The baskets were so bad we had to throw them out! It was $32.00 down the drain!
I ordered online to pickup an order at 6:15pm, showed up at 6:20 and the order had not been started, 10 minutes later they informed me they were out of baked potatoes, I cancelled that off my order. At 6:40 i asked about my order and the man was extremely rude but, still they had not started my order which now was only 1 sandwich. At 6:48 when my order was still not started I asked to cancel the remainder of my order and asked for a manager since I watched 5 customers walk out...read full review
