Food was great and came out in a timely fashion for our large group. Service was quick and acceptable. Server seemed busy so didnt come by too often to refill drinks. One upset was that their changing station was out of commission in the bathroom and our group had 2 babies :(

The food was cold. The over medium eggs were not cooked at all, the whites were running clear. I feel so guilty for writing this. But I wasted money here..... I couldn't even eat my food. I didn't cause a scene or act out. I paid $7 for the half stack of pancakes I ate. And left the rest of the tip. I would avoid this place

I love ihop, but today for dinner I asked for some specific things due to allergies to food and my waiter ignored everything I said. I ended up being sick and not being able to eat my dinner. I am very disappointed. I’m very clear on my allergies. I am also understanding of how hard cooks work due to my husband being a chef.

Usually a nice place to eat, however it is Saturday, march 8th, I placed an online order at approximately 445 p.m. and I was told to pick it up here at 502 p.m. when I arrived the doors were locked and I have no way of contacting anyone about my already paid for food because the phones are disconnected according to my provider when I called the store. Spoke to another manager at the ihop at 47th and broadway and was informed I’m not the first person to call about them.
