If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The waitress was absolutely horrible and rude. We sat over an hour and didn’t get any food. I would understand if they were busy, the place had maybe 5 tables of customers. We spilled and they didn’t even come check on us. We grabbed rags to clean it up ourselves and still had chocolate milk on the floor. I had to get up and ask if our food was gonna be ready and once I asked it started coming out. Since we had waited so long we didn’t have time to sit there and eat. One waitress was sitting there passing out to go boxes. I finally had enough and said we could pack it up ourselves. I have never been to an ihop and had this bad of service.At the end the manager did end up making it free. The service still could have been better

They were so short staffed that our waitress didn't have time to do her job properly, also they should hire people to clean the tables so that the waitress and kitchen staff don't have to do that. Food was decent, but the service wasn't great. The manager wasn't very friendly either. Will not be going back to this IHOP!!

Derby Ihop has gone downhill. when we first walked in there was paper and crushed candy spread all over the floor. we got sat ordered our drinks that came out 20minutes later, ordered our food and at the 55min mark of having nothing Infront of us I myself and 3 kids got up and headed to McDonalds. our server "KIM" was very nice, but the rest of the experience was enough for us to not go back. Riverside will get our business from now on.

I ordered food on the app, it showed open 24/7. I was on a trip and got back super late. Thought dang I'll order some food and pick it up. I order on the app that says they are open. I show up and the place is closed. Don't advertise you are a 24 hour restaurant and allow people to mobile order just for a let down. Get it together and get your stuff updated.

one of the cleanest ihops I've been to! my friend and i went after a long day and it definitely made our night better! our server ( Corey brooks i think she said her name was, my hearing isn't great ) was such a sweetheart and very attentive to our table! We wished we tipped her more so we will def come back sometime!!! ( ALSO I GOT HER INSTAGRAM BUT MY PHONE DIDNT SAVE THE USER! so also if u are seeing this u are very cool! We appreciated how kind u were! )
ALL the IHOPS in the metro need to take a look at how this store is ran. The place is clean, the staff is always on point, and the food is as good.Legit the ONLY ihop I will eat at.

Came in with a party of 7, waitress was Krysal messed up our drinks, they claimed they out out of strawberries when we saw another table receive strawberries on their order. Waited over an hr for our food with no service and no refills. Manager came out and did not comp our meal despite leaving extremely unsatisfied. We even were flipped off by one of the employees, never coming back to this location again, food and service were awful.

Went there after a Hockey game. Got seated promptly. Waiter took our drink orders brought them back and we ordered. He did tell us there would be a wait due to 2 of the cooks walking out. He was very apologetic most of our busy. Food was average.

We waited 20 mins or so to get our food. When we finally received our orders, everything was cold and we were missing half of our order. We didn't have to pay for it thank goodness. They gave us discount cards for our next visit. The service was poor and the food was cold. Hopefully they get it right next time.
