Food was great and came out in a timely fashion for our large group. Service was quick and acceptable. Server seemed busy so didnt come by too often to refill drinks. One upset was that their changing station was out of commission in the bathroom and our group had 2 babies :(
I often come to this IHop to work on my computer and have a delicious milkshake or hot chocolate to accompany me on the venture. As always, the milkshake was splendidly delicious and I was greeted with excellent service! They are very kind and patient here. In fact, my only gripe with this IHop happens to be the wifi starting to get worse. It was very difficult to work on simple tasks this visit due to a very weak wifi. Definitely a place to come enjoy a great meal with family...
I ordered your chicken fried steak it was horrible you can tell it was just a frozen patty in your cream gravy has no flavor to it is so blah and terrible tasting in your ketchup is the worst ketchup in the world I can't order onion rings or a hamburger because you use that sugar-free crap ketchup at least have the option to use what you choose to use the regular ketchup or that sugar-free crap I doubt if my friend and I will be back for a long time at least until you change...
