“We had an amazing dinner tonight!! Everything we had was phenomenal. We had the appetizer with anchovies. I never knew they could be so delicious. My husband had the lamb dish, I had the grilled market fish, and wow were they both so flavorful. We also got the carrot cake for dessert, and it was the perfect amount of sweet. Our waiter was very attentive and informative. Thanks for a great night!“

“Love the atmosphere here! The food is always good. I had the Turkey & Cream Cheese sandwich and it was perfect. We always love the sweet potato tots, but many of the sides and apps are very tasty. My favorite app is the Mushroom Caps with Burnt Ends!! Definitely try the cocktails ~ if that's your thing!“

“Discovered Metro Bistro several years ago. I’m from Topeka & come to Andover/Wichita frequently & Metro Bistro has become a favorite! Their service is friendly & efficient, the chef is amazing & dishes are different than any other restaurant. Love the music & unique atmosphere. Highly recommend! 5 Stars for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“my husband and I went for the the first time yesterday and it was absolutely amazing. I love that they keep the potatoes in the warmer and then place them back in the warmer after adding the toppings. The food was delicious and the workers were so nice. We would 100% go back.“

“For being a hotel restaurant, the food was actually pretty good! I would have chosen to eat here even without the convenience factor of it being in the hotel. The only downside was that on multiple nights, they were completely unprepared for a larger crowd, despite being a convention hotel. For several nights in a row, our convention event was done at 7p, and they seemed completely unprepared staffing wise. We had to wait almost an hour to be seated one night because they were only seating about 1/3 of their tables. You would think being a convention hotel, they would be more used to a large group of people with similar schedules.“

“The food was delicious! We had the bruschetta as an appetizer. I had the bacon turkey avocado Sami, and my husband had the French dip! All beautifully delicious and the presentation was incredible! The only criticism I have was that our glasses of wine sat at the bar while our server walked around setting tables. He brought our wine after he brought our appetizer. Our server did have, in my opinion, inappropriate tattoos (satanic goat and 666) on his arm that were clearly visible when he handed us our food. It was pretty distasteful, but nothing to do with the food or service. We'll be returning despite the criticisms :)“

“I want to thank the ladies from this morning from the bottom of my heart who were at the drive thru window! The most embarrassing thing happened to me with my money and the girl seen me instantly break down-probably from shock I dont know. But she helped me and showed the most kindness I’ve seen in a long time! I don’t know to get ahold of them (besides going back) but I wanted to make sure they know what they did for me will be something I’ll never forget! Thank you so much!!!!“

Pros:
The food is reasonably priced and they gove you large portions. The quality and taste of the food is also superb.

The service staff are kind and courteous and treat you like family.

Cons:
The food does take a bit to get to the table, but it is worth it.

The restuarant is a bit dated in the design but I personally think it adds to the charater.“
