Absolutely terrible. Waitress was new, she was nice and gets a pass. However, plates and other dishes dirty, food extremely overpriced and just good. Didn’t get salad with soup and salad … spider fell down onto the table … just abysmal.

We ordered curbside pickup today, the meals we ordered were very good, and the salad was fresh and crisp.
For what you pay for seem a lot to pay for, but that’s the norm anymore, everything is expensive. But for what you pay for, we have more than enough to make 2 good meals from it, so it’s like buying one meal and getting one free!
We will be doing this more often!
I’ve been there twice now and both times I had ordered silverware and not got no silverware in my order so I had to go to the store and buy some silverware just so that I could eat my dinner at work and by the time I got back I had to reheat my food, yes if you don’t want to put silverware in with the food then don’t offer it to your guests.

We have eaten there before and we're fully satisfied. This time the wife tried the shrimp and scallops, but the scallops were bad. They smelt terrible when they first brought the plate out and tasted worse she did not eat anything after her first bite. We complained to the waitress but nothing was done about it.

The food seems to have gone downhill over the years. It doesn't taste the same.

This was the first time at the Derby Olive garden. And it wasn't too bad that the service was people helping each other which was nice to see and they also made sure that with two of us having food allergies of that nothing got mixed up which was very nice

We have eaten there twice. The first time we had the seafood alfredo and the chicken alfredo. The seafood was undercooked. The chicken alfredo, both times, the chicken was dry and overcooked or possibly just reheated. We will not be coming back. The Olive Garden on rock road is better.

Ordering Togo from Derby's Olive Garden wouldn't be a go to for us anymore. Family Chicken Parmesan was burnt chicken. Pasta for both was cold. Salad on the both of all hot food. Greasey soup with brown pieces in the potatoes. Chicken fettuccine alfredo sauce wasn't enough and it was cold too. Parking is horrible and they don't bring out orders in a timely fashion.
Parking: Parking is horrible. If you are doing the to go I wouldn't do it at the derby store. They don't have enough parking and aren't quick at all.
