Every time I come in here the order is never ready for DoorDash orders and the staff is not friendly at all. They always act like they are having the worst day.

This place Made me super uncomfortable! The cook was stalking me ever since I walked into the door, even left the kitchen to come stand by me. The app said my pizza was done but when I came inside the lady said it was not ready even though it was sitting in the warmer so I had to wait longer. The building needs updated inside

If you want to eat dinner at a decent time like 6pm. Then you better order your pizza at 2:30-3pm because apparently it takes 3 hours to make the pizza and 30 mins for delivery. We ordered our pizza for delivery at 5 o'clock online. Time for delivered was at 6:40. Six forty came and went, rolled around 7 o'clock got a text saying our pizza is running behind. Call Papa John's and our pizza order hasn't even been made yet. Said it would be another hour or hour and half. That would be about 8-8:30. NO THANK YOU! We canceled our order. This isn't the first this happened to us with this store and it taking 3 hours. Horrible. Maybe you have better luck doing carring out. But when you don't feel like making the drive and going anywhere because your tired don't waste your time on getting a pizza from Derby Papa John's ?

We normally don’t have issues but today we ordered out of necessity as my car is in the shop. Pizza tracker says “out for delivery” at 5:39. Manager calls and says the driver can’t find the house. Gave directions, no big deal. Pizza arrives at approx 6:35, ice cold, and the pizza folded up all over itself like the box was tossed or something. Pic attached. Manager was kind enough to refund us as my pregnant wife was ready to eat anything at this point but it was pretty unappetizing and gross, and like I mentioned, cold

Waiting over an hour and a half after the quoted hour delivery time, no one called to say it was going to be late. I called three times for an update. I called and the manager said they had a crazy night with two drivers so i wish they could have called to update me ? I’m a paying customer and i didn’t even feel like i was being treated like one. Called and canceled my order when they told me they didn’t know when my order would be here just for it to show up 10 minutes later and then take it with them when i told them i canceled. Ruined my night alone on my birthday. Thanks papa John’s.

On football game days, we like to order food for 4 adults and two kids. With picky eater children and two adults who are keto, it's hard to find one place to achieve all of us. However, after 7 years of being keto, it's becoming more popular and easier. We love the chicken parmasean wings, chicken alfredo, the best. Thank you so much.Dietary restrictions: My husband and I are thankful you make crustless Supreme & chicken alfredo pizza. Cz we both are keto our kids and grand blessings isn't. On game day, we can order our pizza along with our kids and grand blessings. At one place, instead of several different places for us all.
