Awful. Ordered a delivery and had the person call later and tell me try were out of the crust I ordered, which is fine but then he hung up on me when I told him what I wanted to try to substitute for. It suck’s because we order here a lot but this might be the last time.

I have never ever seen or have seen such a dysfunctional crew in my life that works at the Derby, Ks Rock Rd location. It was Sunday night 11/26/23 not only did we wait at the window for a while, we saw everybody walking around as far as the crew. So then we pulled around check the door it was locked. So then we came back around through the drive-thru only to find out these idiots didn't even have my order prepared. Oh it gets better. The girl Lily was screaming the f word at the top of her lungs to her crew and left the window open so me and my children could hear, so unprofessional and unbelievable. Finally we get our food after being 30 minutes late. Unbelievable. If I could leave 0 stars I would have! ???

THIS PIZZA HUT IS HORRIBLE!!! ORDER MY PIZZA AROUND 5, THEN GET MY MESSAGE THAT MY PIZZA ON ON THE WAY ABOUT 2 HOURS LATER STILL NO PIZZA. I CALL THEY SAY THEY DOORDASHED MY PIZZA, ANOTHER HOUR ROLLS BY SO I CALL THEY SAY IT GOT LOST SO OFFERS MY MONEY BACK OR NEW PIZZA. GET NEW PIZZA GET HOME ITS BURNT!!!! PLUS WAS SUPPOSED TO GET MONEY BACK AND THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN SO I CALL TO TALK TO MANAGER ABOUT IT THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 30 MINS!!!! I DECIDED TO DRIVE UP THERE WHILE ON HOLD!!! The service was awful. We had to ask for everything, no plates, straws, silverware or napkins. Didnt get our ticket till I walked up to leave and asked for it.
