Western Burger and onion rings were "OK" Onion rings were more like little bits of onion and lots of greasy breading. I love their ice cream! Usually we eat at the restaurant. The atmosphere is nice. This time was takeout.

I realize the bar is pretty low when it comes to customer service in fast food, but when you walk into a store and are greeted by the sight of two female order takers watching a video on their phone it's pretty off-putting. Both ignored me, one turning her back to me as the other walked to the drive thru to avoid waiting on me. This one told the other to wait on me as if I was an inconvenience. Getting tired of waiting I left. There are better restaurants in Derby (Braums, Freddy's) than this one.
Very clean resturants and restrooms. Cheerfully decorated. Employees couterious. Sweet tea was very refreshing. The number 1. Special was a wonderful cheeseburger. I did not realize it was a double, but it was tasty and filling. The French fries were excellent. Crispy, not over done . My mom loves Spangles , and we will return for great service and great food.
Tried to order ice cream for our family at 9pm, an hour before closing. The girl says they shut down the ice cream machine to clean it. It’s not closing time! An hour early so you can leave early is poor customer service, and bad business on a hot humid evening. When we drove by the window to drive away, there was a group of three teens just standing there talking, not doing anything. Felt like they just didn’t want to serve customers.

Had a sign on door floor slick but it was like oil had been used as floor cleaner, clean your act up! Asking for a injury if a fall happens be aware you have a sign that you have a issue.
