I was just in the Starbucks at 9:35-9:40A Sunday the 24th of September and the person working (I believe her name was Kayle or Bailey, I couldnt see cause of her walkie talkie being in the way, she had green hair) seemed very annoyed with me. I asked her to make an undertoe and was explaining it at the register and while she was making the drink I told her what I told her at the register that you put the cup under the shots and use the back of the spoon to have them drizzle into the cup. She looked at me so annoyed stopped the shots and started again. I apologized and told her if it isn't made correctly it doesn't taste the same. I wasn't mean or anything. But she upset me because she made me feel like I was being a problem.

Usually love this location but this morning older lady at the window looked at me in disgust when I asked for a pup cup for my dog?? Told me next time ask for it when ordering. No one has ever told me that before they just offer one themselves.. Hope she has a better

Okay-so I only had to drive almost 8 miles out of the way through roaded corn fields and land before we finally got there....funny, the freeway was 2 blocks down the street.
