I went to the drive thru and placed my order, pulled up, and proceeded to wait for over 20 minutes. The 2 employees that were there walked past the window multiple times and looked at me but never acknowledged that I was there. At one point, I even knocked on the window and still no contact just a dirty look. I have not been to Subway for a very long time and I will not be returning. This was not just bad customer service but nonexistent. 0 stars, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

one of the worst experiences I can say I have had indeed. the owner of this store discriminated against me based off of my protected status as a member of the the Therian community. from the first moment I walked in she glared at me the whole time. when I made my order she refused to speak to me and then when I came back from the bathroom which did not have a litter box??? she had the salad
I ordered boxed up so I couldn't see what was in it. (I ordered the Homerun Ham Salad)
when i got hone and opened up my food I almost started crying. picture attached

Kindra I think was her name was incredibly rude and nasty to her coworker her other coworker complemented my purse which was incredibly sweet and kindra gave her a dirty nasty look and was just rude the whole time I was there.

I ordered online here around 6pm a few weeks ago 20-25 minutes in advance and when I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready, which was fine, what wasn’t fine is I was the only customer in the store, one person in the drive through, I wasn’t acknowledged until 15-20 minutes of standing there. The girl was tossing things around and could clearly tell she was in a bad mood. Bad day. Okay, whatever. Then she has an attitude and says she didn’t know I placed an order and they don’t have the bread I ordered. Maybe just a bad day. Get my money back move on. Today I give another shot and order delivery and added salt and pepper to my order nothing extra. Shows up with so much salt you can’t even eat it. This subway isn’t the one and I’d rather order elsewhere. Save your money and time.

Do not order from this subway. This is the second time that I have ordered from them and had a problem. The first time I ordered with them they told me that they didn't have any bread. How are you a sandwich restaurant with no bread? This time I did an online order for two footlongs and paid through the app. The store calls me and says they only have flatbread. So my options were to take flatbread or cancel my order. So now I am out of dinner and $20 that I have to wait 3 to 5 business for a refund. Clearly they need better planning with their supplies to make sandwiches or better staff.

I love subway food and sandwiches just the flavor is amazing. I had just went in to get a six inch sandwich yesterday around 7:30-40. When I walk in there was no communication from the worker. They were completely out of bread besides one 6 inch white bread and wheat. While my sandwich was being made he was not listening to the instructions I was giving him. For example I said bacon toasted on the side of the sandwich and he just put them of the sandwich and toasted it. When he was putting toppings on the sandwich they were put on all Willy nilly and half the sandwich didn’t have any toppings and when he picked it up to wrap it half the toppings fell out of the sandwich. At checkout I asked for 6 cookies and he grabbed a 12 pack cookie and put my 6 cookies in there. At the end I was never handed a receipt a bag or napkins. I had to ask for all three. When I asked if he could fill my coke up bc the coke from the outside was empty he used no ice whatsoever. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this service. I used to work at this exact location and that is not how the manager train her employees to be. I didn’t even get a name from the employee there was also no badge. Next time I come in I hope for better.

Extremely long wait times and they got my order wrong twice.I went through the drive through and ordered a toasted combo with two cookies and a drink. After sitting in the drive through for 15-20 minutes I was given a bag with a cold sub but no cookies or drink. After waiting a while more for the rest of my order they asked why I was still waiting and I said the sandwich was cold and the cookies and drink were missing. They said they would remake it, I was stick in the drive through for another 15-20 minutes and they eventually have me a toasted sub with cookies and a drink. When I finally got home I opened the toasted sub, and found that they got it completely wrong, they had the wrong bread, wrong meat, and every single vegetable I ordered was missing and there were half a dozen I didn't ask for. I checked the cold one and it is also completely wrong. I have now wasted over an hour between the drive and wait time and have two sandwiches I can't eat, two cookies, and a drink.
Dietary restrictions: Do not use the drive through if you have any dietary restrictions, they are terrible at actually giving you what you ask for. Depending on how severe your issue is I wouldn't eat in either.

Came in today on my lunch today. Was kind of in a hurry but went inside to start ordering and wasn't greeted at all when I walked in nor acknowledge by the employee that was making making orders when I walked in. The other employee was nice she asked me multiple times what I wanted on my sandwich make sure to get it right. Ordered a footlong meatball minimal if not no sauce still came to me saggy with marinara. Asked for it toasted with bacon and the bacon hadn't been crispy in any way along with the meatballs being burnt it was a below my standard sandwich doubt I'll go back this was the second time this happened at this location food wise. Service was only this time. Hope this help your decision.
Vegetarian options: Very good selection for these clever. Though I am not a vegetarian.

I basically paid $12 for bread. Not a lot of meat or veggies. I had 2 banana peppers 3 green peppers and 4 black olives on a foot long.
