Had to get out of my car to order on a kiosk in the drive through but maybe this is normal as this was the first time I drove through at a subway. Great staff, great food.

I had a online order that I needed help with so I called the store over 15 times and never got a answer. I had to call another location and have them contact the store just to get service.

I ordered a Footlong Oven-Roasted Turkey with extra protein and specific toppings, and it was completely wrong. I got provolone instead of pepper jack (which I can actually tolerate a bit — I’m lactose intolerant), and they even added Parmesan, which I didn’t ask for. If I had a dairy allergy instead of intolerance, this mistake could’ve sent me to the ER.

On top of that, it only had cucumbers, pickles, lettuce, and salt and pepper. It was missing all my actual toppings (onions, green peppers, banana peppers, black olives). I paid for 50% more protein that wasn’t added either. I tried calling the store shortly after pickup and no one answered.

My husband’s sandwich was also supposed to have pepper jack, but had none, plus no seasoning, oil, vinegar, or extra sauce as requested. For nearly $20, this was unacceptable.

This was honestly one of the worst Subway experiences I’ve ever had. Be careful ordering from this location they clearly don’t read tickets or care about dietary needs.

I don't typically tip at these types of places but I really wish I would have left a tip (I ordered ahead through the app). Service was speedy and friendly. The best part is that I ordered a footlong with sauces only on one side and the employee wrapped both sides individually and made a note on the side with the sauce. Something I didn't ask for, but makes it much easier for me to leave the one side wrapped and save for lunch tomorrow. Thanks!

Can't give it zero stars. Kendra's attitude was the worst I've seen in a restaurant. She didn't ask any questions just stands in front of the food and stairs at you like your a bother. I'm like oh, cheese, yeah, I'd like cheese. Hands you a cup with her fingers inside of it, no gloves. Gives the guy behind me a free sandwich. I guess she was on lunch break at lunch. Won't be back here.

Had a crap day and the only thing I wanted was a sandwich fresh food usually great. Customer service used to be a thing. You walk in and they are rude. I'm tired of spending my money on rude places. Used to eat here all the time. Didn't even get all the stuff for one of my sandwiches. No more I'll go some where else.

If I could leave zero stars unfortunately I would. We walked in to an empty establishment, no one in the drive through, and no employee to be found. After a lengthy time waiting an employee, Jose, finally emerged from the back. To my surprise not even then were we greeted. He kept walking past us and left the front again to make tea…..almost as if he was just opening…..at 4 in the afternoon. Several eye rolls and snark comments under the breath later we were finally being helped. When it was time to select the veggies for our sandwiches all my daughter wanted was cucumbers. The bin of cucumbers that they had were completely frozen on one side and mushy on the other side. I asked if he had another bin prepped. After the huffs and eye rolls he grabbed a new bin. The lettuce was so brown and gross looking but I didn’t dare ask for a new bin of that!!!

I have been in the service industry a long time and I understand having a bad day but come on! A little curtesy goes a long way! I will never again be back to this establishment! I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

I went to the drive thru and placed my order, pulled up, and proceeded to wait for over 20 minutes. The 2 employees that were there walked past the window multiple times and looked at me but never acknowledged that I was there. At one point, I even knocked on the window and still no contact just a dirty look. I have not been to Subway for a very long time and I will not be returning. This was not just bad customer service but nonexistent. 0 stars, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

one of the worst experiences I can say I have had indeed. the owner of this store discriminated against me based off of my protected status as a member of the the Therian community. from the first moment I walked in she glared at me the whole time. when I made my order she refused to speak to me and then when I came back from the bathroom which did not have a litter box??? she had the salad
I ordered boxed up so I couldn't see what was in it. (I ordered the Homerun Ham Salad)

Kindra I think was her name was incredibly rude and nasty to her coworker her other coworker complemented my purse which was incredibly sweet and kindra gave her a dirty nasty look and was just rude the whole time I was there.

I ordered online here around 6pm a few weeks ago 20-25 minutes in advance and when I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready, which was fine, what wasn’t fine is I was the only customer in the store, one person in the drive through, I wasn’t acknowledged until 15-20 minutes of standing there. The girl was tossing things around and could clearly tell she was in a bad mood. Bad day. Okay, whatever. Then she has an attitude and says she didn’t know I placed an order and they don’t have the bread I ordered. Maybe just a bad day. Get my money back move on. Today I give another shot and order delivery and added salt and pepper to my order nothing extra. Shows up with so much salt you can’t even eat it. This subway isn’t the one and I’d rather order elsewhere. Save your money and time.
