We recommend EVERYTHING. This food truck has amazing service and waitresses that are very polite. Their food is always very good and hot, and everything we have had so far has been above expectations. Thank you for the great experience at the Liberal location during a late-night taco-craving break tonight!

I haven’t been back in a while, I was told it was much better now! Went today for lunch, my jalapeño hamburger was excellent! I forgot to say not to overcook the meat, didn’t need to! It was perfect! Our server was amazing! He was very friendly & attentive! I will be back! 🤗

Don Taco Cowtown | Mexican Cuisine offers amazing service and top notch food every time. The chicken and all three sauces for the chips are wonderful. The birria ramen (with sides of rice and beans) and papas con chorizo are outstanding. The grilled catfish impressed, and the 4 tacos, minus the rice and beans, are highly recommended. The donuts stuffed cheesecake is also a must. The meat in the birria is tender and moist, and the flavor is a treat for the taste buds. The food is always very good and hot, above expectations. The service is top notch, with very attentive and polite waitresses. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, with ample seating for big parties and solo diners. The food truck location at Liberal has amazing service during late-night taco-cravings. The new location since the owners switched is impressive. A place so nice people came twice, and it was the favorite restaurant in Dodge City.
