Okay, so this morning we went to get some coffee for me and my coworker, and it was my fault at first yes because I said iced salted Caramel mocha instead of hot and I asked if she could remake it hot and from the very beginning she was rude and she was even more rude when I asked her and I thought it wouldn't really matter because iced is more expensive than hot nm and I didnt care but she through a fit over it. I didnt catch the name but she was white complected with dark hair.
Sai was wonderful! Smiling and we shared some conversation about the different drinks;)
She was so nice to talk to and you could tell she loved her job
it was very refreshing!
