Went to the evening comedy show which was awesome. My room is beautiful and very comfortable.
PS: Midnight came and so did a crew of drunk guys. They went to the kitchen area and ate breakfast. They were very loud talking/laughing! Finally around 2 AM they all went into their rooms. Extremely rude...
Such a fantastic group of people who really make you feel at home! My sister and I enjoyed the underground tour, the speakeasy (wonderful bartenders and the prices are a throwback to actually being affordable!), the hotel and the Sunday lunch at the Sunflower Dining Room! Chris and all his colleagues, were really the best hosts! Would recommend and I hope to return for one of their fun events!
The best ambience and friendliest staff of any hotel across Kansas. Historic, elegant, spooky but in a classy way... I couldn't ask for more. Chris and the staff go above and beyond... So much that you feel welcome more like an old friend or close family. We took the tour, had drinks in The Underground, and stayed the night. Will definitely be returning again for all of that!
