It was very close to the Ellis Railroad museum which was our destination that day. We decided to give this little pizza place a try. It did not disappoint. We have the deep dish pepper and the cheese sticks. They were both delicious and they had excellent ranch! They were also pretty busy. The staff were helpful and friendly.
This is a great place located in downtown Ellis. The pizza was excellent, especially the cinnamon dessert pizza. We just got takeout, so I wasn't able to get a great look at the interior, but from what I could see it looked to be fairly clean. Overall this is a great little place right in the heart of Ellis.

Driving through Kansas on our way from Colorado to Virginia. Stopped by for lunch. We're glad we did.
We were the first ones in for lunch that day. Employees couldn't have been friendlier. We were in the mood for mexican food, but our server pointed out the "all you can eat pizza and salad bar". We decided pizza sounded good.
