You absolutely must make a stop at this Mexican restaurant for some truly exceptional food on your journey. Missing out on this place would be a big mistake. I was thoroughly satisfied with both the delicious food and excellent service they provided. And the price was reasonable.
Salsa was some of the best I've had. Good amount of heat, not bland but not too hot and a great flavor. Had the Ellis burrito with jalapenos added. Food came out fast and hot. Would definitely recommend.Forgot to take pic of burrito before I started eating. Was really good.

If you are driving through Kansas on I-70, you should eat here! I finally have a place to eat on a road trip that not doesn’t make me hate myself and feel like a toxic waste dump. The quesabirria tacos rivaled anything In Denver. I might come back in the morning for more before I drive back to Colorado.
