“A relic of a bygone era and an excellent throwback to American/Mexican style food of the 80’s and 90’s. Excellent prices. This quaint little restaurant has good service, offers delivery, and even has a small lunch pizza buffet and salad bar. So glad we stopped our interstate journey to get a bite here and glad we did. The cheese pizza on Chicago hand tossed crust was quite good, although my child declared it was, “amazing!!!!!,” yes they told us to put five exclamation points after the word amazing. The taco was good and my wife pointed out the rice was very tasty with the melted cheese on top. The nacho I ordered was piled high with lettuce and cheese with ground beef and white queso layered in. The Mexican food while not authentic was quite flavorful and well done reminding me of a time decades past when American/Meixcan restaurants were once so common in towns and cities across the Midwest. We will likely stop by and see Arthur’s again. Good friendly service and food, with a cozy small town feel. I am so impressed that three people ate and our bill was 26$ before tip. We even had leftover food to go. It is so nice to see a food establishment keeping things affordable.”

“The guy who served us was very kind and cut my son's pizza into strips so he could hold it ❤ this means a lot as most people would have declined the request but it is necessary for small children and those with special needs... The pizza wasn't bad it was typical gas station pizza and the place seemed clean”

“Passing through Ellis on I70 and saw the sign, decided ice cream would be good. The Dairy Queen is small and shares space with other food shops but it was very good. The lady who was there was doing it all but keeping up with a constant flow of people stopping for ice cream. She was very friendly, pleasant and did a great job and all with a smile. The menu looked smaller but still had plenty options to choose from so it made a very welcome break from the road. Thank you.”
