Limited menu ..good service

Passing through Ellis on I70 and saw the sign, decided ice cream would be good. The Dairy Queen is small and shares space with other food shops but it was very good. The lady who was there was doing it all but keeping up with a constant flow of people stopping for ice cream. She was very friendly, pleasant and did a great job and all with a smile. The menu looked smaller but still had plenty options to choose from so it made a very welcome break from the road. Thank you.

We stopped by the drive thru on a roadtrip around 11:30 a.m. on a Saturday. It took forever to get our burgers, but, oh my, was it worth the wait. YUM. Our burgers were huge, juicy, and very fresh. A big THANK YOU to the cook from two hungry travelers. We'll be back.

Love Dairy queen

I stopped by this Dairy Queen looking forward to a quick treat, but was met with incredibly rude service. The woman working made it very clear she could close early and acted like I was an inconvenience just for walking in. She was short, dismissive, and gave serious attitude like customers were the problem. I understand if closing time is near, but there’s a respectful way to communicate that, and this definitely wasn’t it. Won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

Waited 15 minutes no one came to take my order then when more people walked in they had their orders taken at subway and godfathers pizza before even looking at me. Will not return.

Ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough to lady was rude to start off like she having a bad day. Completely understandable. But to serve the customer crumbs and cookie dust and the actual cookies is unacceptable.

I'm sorry I'm just now posting this. My apologies. This loves is awesome they have the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen. I even congratulated the ladies at the counter for such an awesome and amazing job they have been doing. This loves is very underrated and should be atleast a 4 star or higher. I can tell you without a doubt the next time I'm able to come through I'm gnna stop and see them. It's always an awesome time here at the loves.

All being rude, they don’t care about their customers. If you are waiting in line for order they are cleaning up and placing their

No eats, only sparse "treats." Worthless hours of operation. And all they seem to say is, "We're sorry you didn't have a good experience..." rather than fixing the issues at hand. Loves needs to boot them for a restaurant that will compliment their business and have service 24/7.

I stood at the Dairy Queen counter for approximately 15 minutes. All I wanted was a blizzardThere was a guy passing back and forth and totally ignored me. I don’t know if he was having a bad day, but WHY TAKE IT OUT ON THE CUSTOMER ????

They need to hire more than one person. Very, very slow getting a order taken. They need to get large cups for chocolate shakes. Second time I stopped in a week. Not waisting my time next time I pass by.
