Swiss burger was extremely good! Service was fine, though I found it unusual that my husband had to commit to at least 2 cups of coffee to justify server starting a new pot. (Just never heard of such a thing. He said no thanks.) The ambiance was also perfectly fine with lots of natural light, though more interior character could have made this classic main street diner a lot more charming.

This is a delightful diner in a delightful little town right off I-70 in Ellis. We had a selection from the burger menu, and a patty melt. The Western Potato Chips are made fresh in house and are divine. Everything was delish, topped off with yummy strawberry rhubarb pie. Good menu, good prices, friendly service. Would dine here again for sure.

First visit to this diner, and worth the time. Good, hot food (I had the chicken strips, and they were wonderfully tender). Service was quick and polite - I felt welcome and appreciated. Dining area is perfectly clean and in good shape.

Great breakfast! Nicely decorated and clean dining area. Super attentive waitress. Loved the breakfast. The sausage patties were especially delicious, nicely seasoned and cooked right. Definitely worth pulling off the highway for if you’re in the area!
