Casa Ramos offers a great dining experience with amazing food and a unique atmosphere. The restaurant has a modern vibe and is hidden in its new location, but it's definitely worth the search. The menu features fresh guacamole made in front of you, delicious street tacos, and other Mexican dishes. The staff is friendly and attentive, making it a great spot for any occasion. Casa Ramos serves some of the best Mexican food in all of Kansas. The new location is spacious, and the service is almost always excellent. Food is good with large portions. Table side guacamole was fun and tasty. Their margaritas are good and can sometimes be strong. The carnitas street tacos are also delicious. Amazing atmosphere with amazing chicken fajitas. Warm, thick and crispy chips with thick and flavorful salsa was very delicious. This place is a staple in Emporia.
