My husband and I came here for his birthday brunch and we had the best meal. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the chipotle salsa was nicely balanced, the steak tacos were delicious (as always), and the biscuits were incredible. I typically don't care for biscuits and I had to order 2 more to take home! We had a creme brulee that was topped with leftover cinnamon apples from the apple streusel Dutch baby, which was a nice touch. The front of house staff even put a candle in it and sang happy birthday to my husband, which made him feel really special!! I highly recommend coming here before they close on December 21st.

OMG. Amazing creative and appetizing menu. The atmosphere was part speakeasy, part renaissance fair part lounge. I was drawn in from the minute I entered. Kat is the red head waitress you want to ask for and the crème brûlée has the perfect caramelized surface. We’re going back for brunch tomorrow!

This is one of the best meals I have had in a looooong time. You can tell they put in a lot of thought to every single menu item, and building each dish so it has both interesting taste and texture. We had the steak and the grilled cheese both were perfect. The staff were also lovely and attentive. Had one of the best cocktails ever, the Nashville Nelly. Perfectly balanced and not too sweet. I am currently thinking of driving down from Lawrence just to eat here soon. A must stop if you are in town.

Burned, dirty and bruised. On the night we found this wonderful restaurant, this was my martini order. The drink arrived perfect as ordered. It was steak frites night with a martini on the side special. The steak was tender, delicious and perfectly cooked as were the truffle fries! We arrived to the restaurant late but we were seated quickly. The server was great and he explained the special of the evening and we both went with his recommendation. The atmosphere is eclectic and fun. The staff seemed happy. And the food was amazing. I recommend ordering the special of the evening. The martini was great too! Thank you all.

Our first time here, we had brunch. It was amazing! The service was great and I did a double take when the bill came, bcus I thought they forgot to add something on! And extremely good deal for all we got! We'll definitely visit them again next time we're in town!
I'm traveling through & I just happened to luck out and find Union Street Social. Whenever I see eclectic in the description I know it's always creative & delicious food. It was absolutely OMG good and Angie,my waitress, was a real sweetheart. I will definitely be back next time I drive anywhere near here.

A great surprise in the heart of Emporia. Interesting location and ambiance, with a really friendly staff. Menu selections were great and the food was outstanding. The chef seems to have put together a selection with some flair while still keeping touch with local tradition. Honorable mention to the bartender that knows how to mix a drink! 100% will return!
