I like Starbucks. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I wasn’t that satisfied with what I bought. Before they open, they should makesure they got everything in stock, so when customers pay, they expect to get what they requested, not “Oh I’m sorry were out of this”. Future reference, at least inform customers what they don’t have before purchase.Other than that, this place is legit and employees keep up the good work!!

This is the only Starbucks in town. It's right off the interstate and can get busy. I like to go later in the evening, that is when you can catch a not so busy time. Like the fact that they are open till 9pm.Parking: Parking is shared with two other businesses. Somewhat of a small parking lot. Also there is some traffic going through the parking lot to get to the Starbucks drive-thru. Caution is warranted.

This specific spot compared to many other Starbucks locations is probably not the best. It’s not well kept, lighting is dark, and the customer service is not all that great. Most Starbucks won’t charge if you ask to add something additional to your drinks…but this spot charges 80 cents extra for a drop of whatever you’d want to add to your drink. Maybe charge 20-25 cents….but 80 cents is a bit much. The employees most times have had bad attitudes…the only reason people would go here is because it’s one of only two Starbucks on post. Their business runs because of Soldiers and their families so a little friendly attitude, fair prices, and welcoming environment wouldn’t hurt.

I always give a place a couple of times before I truly determine how it is over all. I worked in this type of industry for about 5-6 years so I totally understand having a bad day. However, all but 1 time I have been in staff was rude, talked more amongst themselves then even caring about the customer, sometimes there’s a group of several employees talking while one makes all the drinks and sometimes takes orders as well. It’s also looks dirty and unkept most times I’ve been in. I would definitely recommend the one in Junction City. I have been to that store on multiple of there VERY chaotic days and they are still so nice, the store is kept up with in terms of cleanliness and they don’t rush you let alone make you feel like your talking to a wall.
