Alex, the bartender behind Bishop Street Tavern, is hands down one of the best my wife and I have both experienced. Complimentary, aware, and always looking to upgrade the experience. She is a 1 man army that will get you taken care of no matter the day of the week. Highly recommend for those looking for a nice, smooth interaction in your experience! 5 out of 5.
